It has come to our attention that a number of Synectics S series cameras running sy20151106NSA firmware or older may have an issue with IDR frame stability.
This issue will present itself as:
- No live video from the camera
- Ghosting appearing in live and recorded video
- Stuttering in live and recorded video

A new firmware version has been released to address this issue, which will be distributed on a case by case basis.
